These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and Blips Digital Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Blips," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Blips mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blips. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree not to post content that:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Blips provides in-app tools to report any blip, comment, video reply, or profile, and to block any user. We review reports and act on objectionable content — including removing the content and ejecting the user who posted it — within 24 hours. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent account termination.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on Blips, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
You may not:
Blips is built around real-world places, and some content can only be viewed by physically going to a location. You are solely responsible for your own safety when traveling to, or recording at, any location. Always be aware of your surroundings, obey traffic laws, and never use the app while driving. Do not enter private property, restricted areas, or unsafe locations to drop or view content. We do not verify that any location is safe, legal, or accessible, and we are not responsible for injuries, losses, or legal consequences arising from your decision to visit any place.
Blips may offer virtual collectibles such as BlipCoins. Virtual items are a feature of the app, not property: they have no cash value, cannot currently be redeemed for money or anything of monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be modified, capped, reset, or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion. Obtaining virtual items through automation, location spoofing, or other manipulation is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of items and account termination.
Identity verification is optional. Verified badges are granted, denied, and revoked at our sole discretion, and a badge indicates only that we reviewed identity documentation at the time of the application — it is not an endorsement of the account or its content.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Blips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blips.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@blipsdigital.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
